Customer stories live or die on the interview. My journalism background helps me create the kind of conversation where people relax and tell the version that’s actually interesting: the constraints, the turning points, and the metrics. Enterprise teams consistently leave those sessions feeling heard and excited, because the process is respectful and the story is theirs.

Along the way, I’m listening for connective tissue to the company’s ethos, and I’ll lightly nudge those moments so the final case study reinforces what the brand stands for.

I also built the system that makes this work repeatable. At Rive, I developed a case study playbook for myself and freelance writers: a consistent narrative arc, a proof checklist, and a review flow that keeps stories accurate and easy for customers to approve.
